血液净化方式控制维持性血液透析患者血磷及甲状旁腺素的临床应用效果对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨血液净化方式对维持性血液透析(血透,HD)患者血清磷及甲状旁腺激素的作用。方法:选取行HD的高血磷患者30例,按随机数字表将患者分为两组。A组(n=15)进行HD治疗,B组(n=15)实施HD联合血液灌流(HP),对比两组治疗前后的血清磷及甲状旁腺素水平,并比较两组的并发症发生率。结果:A组治疗前后的血清磷、甲状旁腺素水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。B组治疗后的血清磷、甲状旁腺素水平明显低于治疗前,且B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); B组的并发症发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在维持血液透析患者中应用HD联合HP的方式可有效降低机体的血清磷、甲状旁腺激素水平,可作为首选的血液净化方式。 Objective To investigate the effect of blood purification modes on serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Method 30 patients with hemodialysis hyperphosphatemia were selected in our hospital, and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table. Group A ( 15 cases) were treated with hemodialysis (HD) ,and group B (15 cases) were treated with HD combined with hemopeffusion (HP). The levels of serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the incidences of complications in the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels before and after treatment in group A (P 〉 0. 05 ). The levels of serum phosphorus and parathyroidin after treatment in group B were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , and the levels in group B were lower than those in group A ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The incidence of complications in group B was lower than that in group A ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The application of HD combined with HP in hemodialysis patients can effectively reduce serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels, and it can be used as the preferred blood purification method.
