LY294002联合表阿霉素对骨肉瘤细胞株的生长抑制的研究

摘要 目的:研究EPI联合LY294002应用对人成骨肉瘤细胞MG63的体外抑制作用。方法:显微镜下观察细胞形态变化及MTT法检测在不同浓度的表阿霉素和LY294002单独和/或联合作用下的MG63细胞株的增殖情况。结果:与对照组相比,经过EPI和/或LY294002作用的MG63细胞有不同程度的增殖抑制,抑制率呈剂量依赖,两药联合后抑制作用明显增加。结论:在单药和联合药物作用后MG63细胞增殖均受到抑制,且呈剂量依赖性。
