摘要
本文报告了45例显微血管手术病人术前、后血液凝固系统改变的生化测定。结果显示:手术失败组在手术后期血液趋向高凝状态,明显变化有AT—Ⅲ、血浆素原、KPTT(P均<0.01)和血小板粘附性试验。本实验检测为提高游离组织的存活率、预测显微手术后高凝状态的发生及抗凝药物的合理应用提供有益的资料。
The biochemical measurements of blood coagulation system in 45 cases of vascular microsurgery before and after operation were reported. It showed that in the failure groups of operation, blood was in hyper coagulation at later peroid of operation and there were significant changes in antithrombin Ⅱ (P<0.01),plasminogen (P<0.01), KPTT(P<0.01)and blood platelet adhesion. These findings should be of value for increasing the survival rate of free tissue, predicting hyper coagulation after microsurgery and prescripting anticoagulants reasonably.
