摘要
基于层次分析法和熵权法确定指标权重,对2010—2016年北京、天津2个直辖市以及河北省11个地级市进行评价,并利用面板数据分析京津冀地区宜居性水平的主要影响因素.结果表明:1)2010—2016年京津冀地区城市综合宜居指数差距增大,排名均值位于前三的是北京、天津、秦皇岛,同时秦皇岛、邯郸、邢台排名有上升的趋势;2)综合和单项宜居指数呈现出非均衡性,核心城市综合宜居指数高,发展水平、便捷水平呈现出以京津地区为中心向外辐散分布,安全水平东部高于西部,幸福水平在京津冀地区呈现出了南北高中间低的现象,舒适水平整体呈现出从北向南递减;3)综合宜居指数具有空间自相关性,但相关性不强,核心城市对周边地区带动力弱;4)通过面板分析发现京津冀地区对城市宜居水平受多种因素的影响,其中2级及以上优良天气时间、小学生人数、人均城市道路面积、对宜居水平的影响最大,且为正向作用.
Under the background of new urbanization,urban livability has become a focus of interest.Livable city evaluation has important reference value for coordinated development of regional economy.Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weighting were used in this study to establish an evaluation index system for Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei.Spatial-temporal characteristics of livability levels in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei from 2010-2016 were evaluated.The main influencing factors were analyzed by panel data.Differences in comprehensive livability among cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were found to be large,the top ranking three were Beijing,Tianjin and Qinhuangdao.Rankings of Qinhuangdao,Handan,and Xingtai were on the increase.The comprehensive and individual livability indices were found not to be in equilibrium.Core cities showed high comprehensive livability index,development level and convenience level showed scattered distribution centered in the Beijing-Tianjin region.Safety level was higher in the east than in the west.Happiness level was higher in north and south area of Beijing.In Tianjin and Hebei overall comfort level decreased from north to south.The comprehensive livability index showed spatial autocorrelation,with weak correlation,core city showed weak driving force to the surrounding areas.Panel analysis revealed that the level of livability of the urban areas in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei were affected by many factors.The number of good grade weather,the number of primary school students,urban road area per capita were found to have large and positive effect on livability level.
