Progress in Recycling Technology of Waste Power Battery Resources

摘要 随着新能源汽车销量的爆发式增长,动力电池报废量也迎来了第一个高峰期。新兴产业废旧动力电池回收资源再生的经济与社会"双重价值"引起各界越来越多的关注。本文针对废旧动力电池资源再生利用技术进展做分析论述,主要囊括前期预处理、拆解、破碎、分选、火法冶炼回收和湿法冶炼回收等技术,并具体介绍行业代表企业的技术应用现状,最后针对动力电池回收再生利用现存问题,总结未来技术发展趋势。 With the explosive growth of new energy vehicles sales, the amount of discarded power batteries gets to the first pick. The resource regeneration from waste power battery has attracted a grate attention from all walks as an emerging industries, which with“double value” of economic and social. Technologies about recycling wast power battery are reviewed including the pretreatment, dismantling, breaking, separation, pyrometallurgy, hydrometallurgy, and technologies application situation are introduced about several representative enterprises. At last, existing problems are pointed out and trends of technology development in future are summarized on the power battery recycling.
