类水滑石基NiCuFe催化剂的制备及其在乙醇水蒸气重整制氢的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用尿素水热分解法,并添加柠檬酸三钠为络合剂制备了不同Cu含量CO_3^(2-)插层的NiCuFe水滑石(LDH),并评价了其在乙醇水蒸气重整制氢中的催化活性。通过XRD、FT-IR、BET、H_2-TPR、SEM-EDX等方法进行表征,表明已成功制得结构完整、结晶度良好的水滑石。在温度为500℃,n(Cu)∶n(Fe)=1.2∶1的催化剂Cat-3在乙醇水蒸气重整制氢反应中表现出优异的乙醇转化率和H_2选择性,分别为100%和73.27%,而且反应副产物CO和CH_4含量相对较低,表明其具有优异的抗积炭和抗烧结能力。 NiCuFe-LDHs with different Cu contents and CO3^(2-)intercalation were prepared by hydrothermal decomposition of urea and using trisodium citrate as complexing agent, and their catalytic activities in ethanol steam reforming were investigated.XRD, FT-IR, BET, H2-TPR and SEM-EDX were used to characterize the prepared NiCuFe-LDHs, and the results showed that hydrotalcites with complete structure and good crystallinity were successfully obtained. Under 500 ℃, the catalyst Cat-3 with a Cu/Fe molar ratio of 1.2 ∶ 1 exhibted excellent methanol conversion(100%), high hydrogen selectivity(73.2%) and low CO and CH4 formation in ethanol steam reforming, indicating that the catalyst has better resistance to carbon deposition and sintering.
