摘要
1974年,法国学者拉诺（Lenoir）提出社会排斥的概念.至今,社会排斥已经成为社会福利领域广为传播的理论,但是,社会排斥概念却是一个容易被模糊的概念.本文指出,社会排斥的概念主要有三种不同的表述：社会分化和社会整合、参与和参与不足、中心和边缘.社会排斥概念内涵研究的发展,支持了社会政策和社会服务的推进.
French scholar Lenoir raised the concept of social exclusion in 1974. Since then,this concept has been widely used in social welfare research. However,it is confused in understanding this concept. In this paper,the au-thor points out that there are three kinds of expression of this concept ：social differentiation and social integration; participation and under-participation; center and marginalization. The study of the content of social exclusion will help to improve social policy and social service provision.
