摘要
在对学界关于能源经济基本概念进行梳理辨析的基础上,基于能源所蕴含的价值属性,从效率刻画和外部性影响这两个方面对能源经济的基本内涵进行了界定。然后从能源再生产的社会分工和产业关联、能源发展的动力机制以及经济活动影响的范围和边界3个方面对能源经济的外延进行剖析。以当前全球碳失衡为背景,就构筑与低碳经济时代相适应的能源经济理论新范式进行了探讨。
On the basis of analyzing the basic concepts of energy economy in the academic circle, based on the value attribute of energy, from the aspects of efficiency description and external influence, the basic connotation of energy economy was defined. The extension of the energy economy was analyzed from three aspects of the social division of labor and industrial linkage, the dynamic mechanism of energy development, and the scope and boundary of the impact of economic activities. Taking the current global carbon imbalance as the background, the construction of theoretical paradigm of energy economy adapted to the era was discussed.
