摘要
文章结合A公司特点,发现实施VIM模式(供应商管理库存)可以改善A公司的库存管理中的问题。根据A公司未来发展的策略,在基于VMI库存管理方法上通过对物料实施分类管理,对成品进行科学预测,以及从人员配置、供应商建立合作关系等方面提出措施,促进A公司发展,使其达到库存管理优化,提高A公司的竞争力的目的。
This paper combines the characteristics of company A and finds that implementing VIM mode（supplier management inventory）can improve the problems in inventory management of company A. According to the strategy of A company＇s future development, based on the VMI inventory management method, through the classification management of materials, the scientific prediction of finished products, and the establishment of cooperative relations from personnel production suppliers, etc., to promote the development of company A, to achieve Inventory management optimization to improve the competitiveness of company A.
