摘要
近年来,燃煤火电厂呈现出煤电一体、坑口电厂的趋势。此类项目多位于西北严寒大风地区,供煤煤矿同火电厂距离多在10km以内。采用何种燃煤运送方式,以保证燃料的安全性、可靠性、环保性,并综合考虑前期投资、后期运行费用、作业条件、维护工作量,在近年来此类项目设计中屡屡遇见。本文以实际项目为例,提出管带机和长距离防尘皮带机两种方案,通过技术、投资比选,推荐长距离防尘皮带机方案。
In recent years, there is a trend of coal electricity integration and pithead power plant in coal power plant projects. Most of those projects are located in the cold and windy northwest area, while coal mines are usually within 10 kilometers from thermal power plants. Therefore, when designing such kind of projects, we need to consider what type of transportation to use in order to ensure safety, reliability, environmental protection, as well as prophase investment, later stage operation costs, operation conditions and maintenance workload. In this paper, Pipe conveyors are compared to long distance belt conveyors with dust covers, and the latter is recommended through technology- and investment ratio.
