摘要
[目的]研究施用生石灰对烤烟生产及品质因素的影响。[方法]以云烟87为试验材料,研究施用生石灰对烤烟大田生育期、农艺性状、烟叶病虫害、经济性状和内在化学成分的影响,以及对烤烟品质的改良作用。[结果]施用生石灰对烟叶大田生育期基本没有影响,但在其他方面均有一定改良作用。其中2 250 kg/hm2生石灰处理农艺性状较优越,最符合优质烤烟成熟期农艺特征;产值60 562.80元/hm2,产量2 383.20 kg/hm2;烟叶病虫害中,气候斑、赤星病、马铃薯Y病毒病发病率及病情指数均为较低;下、中、上部位烟叶烟碱均在适宜范围。[结论]该研究为提高烟叶产量和品质提供理论依据。
[ Objective ] To research the effects of quicklime application on the production and quality factors of flue-creed tobacco. [ Method] With Yunyan 87 as the test material, we researched the effects of quicklime application on the flue-creed growth period, agronomic charaeters , tobacco plant diseases and insect pests, economic charaeters and the influence of the intrinsic chemical composition, as well as on the improvement on the quality of flue-creed tobacco. [ Result] The application of quicklime had no effects on the growth period of field basic tobacco leaves, but showed improvement effects on other aspects. Among them, 2 250 kg/hm2 quicklime treatment showed relatively superior agronomic traits, and was mostly in line with the high quality flue-cured tobacco maturity agronomic characteristics, the output value and yield were 60 562.80 Yuan/hm2 and 2 383.20 kg/hm2, respeetively. As for the tobacco plant diseases and insect pests, incidence rates disease indexes of climate spot, brown-star disease and PVY were lower, tobacco leaf nicotine contents in lower, middle and upper leaves were within the proper range. [ Conelusion] This research provided theoretical basis for enhancing the quality and yield of tobacco leaves.
