摘要
燕麦的营养价值高、抗逆性强,是优良的一年生粮饲兼用作物。目前,我国燕麦产业呈现多元化发展趋势。该文综述了现有燕麦综合利用方式及产品加工种类,尤其是燕麦资源在高原畜牧业和生态工程建设中的运用,以及燕麦种质资源研发成果等,以期为燕麦产业的发展、燕麦品种的选育、高寒区域燕麦推广提供理论依据。
Oat has high nutritional value and strong resistance,and is an excellent annual food and forage crop. Atpresent,China＇s oat industry presents a diversified development trend. In this paper,the comprehensive utilizationmethods and product types of oat were summarized,especially the application of animal husbandry and ecological en-gineering construction in oat resource reservoir plateau,and the research and development results of oat germplasmresources were summarized. The results can provide theoretical basis for the development of oat industry,the breed-ing of oat varieties and the promotion of oat in cold and high area.
