基于遗传算法的设施葡萄光合优化调控模型研究 被引量:4

摘要 光合作用是葡萄进行物质生产的重要生理过程,光合速率是描述这一过程的重要指标。葡萄光合速率主要受到温度和光合有效辐射的影响,如何快速实现不同温度条件下光饱和点的动态获取,是葡萄生产中需要解决的重要问题。本文利用温度、光合有效辐射、光合速率数据,构建以温度、光合有效辐射耦合的光合速率多元非线性回归模型,借助Matlab软件基于遗传算法的光合速率模型寻优方法,获得了不同温度下最优净光合速率和对应的光饱和点,并建立了以光饱和点为目标的葡萄光合优化调控模型。模型验证表明,实测值与通过模型计算值的相关性较高,决定系数为0.949,拟合直线的斜率为1.0341,模型具有较高的精度。 Photosynthesis is an important physiological process for grape material production, and the photosynthesis rate is an essential indicator to describe this process. Photosynthesis rate of grapevine mainly aflected by temperature and photosynthetic active radiation, therefore, how to achieve the dynamic acquisition of light saturation point under different temperature conditions rapidly is an important problem to be solved urgently. Data of temperature, photosynthetic active radiation and photosynthesis rate was used to establish a photosynthetic rate model coupling temperature and photosynthetic active radiation. By means of Matlab, the optimization method of photosynthetic rate model based on genetic algorithm was designed. And the optimal net photosynthetic rate and the corresponding light saturation point under different temperatures were obtained. Then an optimal regulation model of grape photosynthesis with the light saturation point as the target was established. By validating the model, the results showed that the measured value was highly correlated with the calculated value through the model, the decision coeflcient was 0.949 and the slope of the fltting line was 1.0341, the model had high precision.
