摘要
采用目前在畜禽养殖废水处理方法中较先进的"预处理+UASB+SBR"法,污水排放总量约600 m^3/d,主要构筑物与设计参数为:初沉池设置水力停留时间HRT=8.0 h,有效容积为200 m^3。厌氧反应器UASB实际体积1 250 m^3,停留时间为3 d。SBR:反应池数为2池;反应池水深H=5 m;活性污泥界面上的最小水深0.5 m;排出比m=1/4;污泥浓度MLSS=4 000 mg/L。项目总投资487万元,沼气收益792元/d,污水日常运行费用1.01元/m^3。正常运行后能够达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准。
This project adopts the advanced ＂pretreatment ＋UASB＋SBR＂ method in the treatment of livestock and poultry wastewater. Total sewage discharge is about 600 m3/d. The main structures and design parameters ： HRT and effective volume of primary settling tank and balance tank which are 8.0 h and 200 m3. The actual volume of UASB is 1 250m3,and HRT is 3 d. The number of reaction pool SBR is two,and depth of which is 5 m.The Minimum depth of activated sludge interface is 0.5 m,and m = 1/4, MLSS = 4 000 mg/L. The total investment of the project is 4.87 million yuan, Methane revenue is 792 yuan/d.The daily operation cost of sewage is 1.01 yuan/m3. After normal operation, the wastewater can reache the first level discharge standard of sewage comprehensive discharge standard （GB 8978-1996）.
