摘要
随着盾构技术的成熟,盾构机因其既能支承地层的压力又能在地层中掘进的优势,越来越多地被投入工程建设之中,尤其地铁隧道掘进较普遍,而盾构机在掘进中也难免会出现故障,论文主要以国内某地铁隧道掘进工程为背景,对盾构机主驱动外密封发现泄漏后,隧道内常压状态下处理盾构机主驱动密封的方法及管控要点作简要分析。
With the mature of the shield technology, shield tunneling is more and more used in engineering construction because of its advantages of supporting strata pressure and driving underground, especially subway tunnel tunneling. However, various problems present during the construction stage, this paper mainly based on an urban tunnel project in China, there's failure for the main driving outer sealing of shield tunneling, a brief analysis is made on the method and control points of dealing with the main driving sealing of shield tunneling in the tunnel under atmospheric pressure.
