摘要
针对道岔产品外形轮廓质量检验,分析使用Miniprof轮廓仪对基本轨和尖轨匹配廓形匹配进行测量的思路和过程。通过制作基本轨和尖轨匹配廓形的基准廓形,并将所测量廓形与基准廓形进行对比,验证轮廓仪扫描测量方式的可行性。结果表明,利用Miniprof轮廓仪,可以获得完整的断面处基本轨和尖轨匹配廓形。
With a view to the profile quality inspection on turnout products,the Article analyses the idea and pro-cess to measure the matching of stock rail and switch rail profiles by using a Miniprof profile meter. By making abenchmark profile for stock rail and switch rail profile matching,and making a comparison of the measured profileand such a benchmark profile,it can validate the feasibility of the scanning and measuring mode based on a profilemeter. The results show that,by using a miniprof profile meter,the matching profile of stock rail and switch rail canbe obtained at a complete cross section.
