面向球度精密测量的球坐标系统数学建模

摘要 设计了一种非接触式球坐标测量系统,根据系统各部件的装配和运动关系,建立了系统的数学模型,为消除装配误差的影响、实现球度的高精度测量奠定了理论基础。通过理论分析得到了系统的误差传递函数,经仿真实验得到了球度测量误差随各误差项变化的曲线,为系统进行工程设计、制造和装配提供参考依据。 In this paper, a non-contact spherical coordinate measuring system is designed, and a mathematical model of the system is established based on the assembly and motion relationship of each part of the system. As a result, a theoretical foundation is laid for eliminating the influence of assembly error and achieving high precision measurement of sphericity. The error transfer function of the system is obtained by theoretical analysis, and the variation curve of the sphericity measurement error with each error factor is obtained by simulation experiment. The simulation results provide a reference for engineering design, manufacture and assembly of the system.
