摘要
目的:观察骨伤复原汤联合针刺促进髋关节置换术后患者功能恢复效果。方法:选取我院2015年5月~2017年2月收治的86例髋关节置换术患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为研究组与对照组,对照组患者(43例)术后常规护理干预,研究组患者(43例)在对照组干预基础上实施骨伤复原汤联合针刺干预,对比两组患者术后贫血改善情况及术后1天、7天、15天、20天患者血红蛋白(Hb)、Hct (红细胞比容),患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月Harris评分,患者生活质量评分(SF-36)、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)及干预满意率。结果:研究组患者术后贫血治疗总有效率为100. 00%,高于对照组90. 70%,P<0. 05;术后1天、7天,两组患者Hb及Hct水平相当,术后15天、20天研究组患者Hb、Hct水平明显优于对照组,P<0. 05;研究组患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月Harris评分优于对照组,研究组患者SF-36及VAS评分均优于对照组,研究组干预满意率为97. 67%,高于对照组83. 72%,P均<0. 05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:骨伤复原汤使得髋关节置换术后患者贫血症状改善,针刺镇痛效果良好,患者经脉通畅,恢复更好,生活质量改善,满意率显著提升,值得推广应用。
Objective： To explore the effect of Bone Injury Recovery Decoction combined with acupuncture on the recovery of the patients after hip replacement. Methods： In our hospital from May 2015 to February 2017,86 cases of hip replacement patients were collected as the research objects,randomly divided the patients into study group and controlled group,patients in the controlled group（ 43 cases） was given routine nursing intervention after surgery,patients in the study group（ 43 cases） was given Bone Injury Recovery Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the controlled group,and improved postoperative hemoglobin 1 d,7 d,15 d,20 d in patients with anemia after operation were compared between the two groups（ Hb）,Hct（ HCT）,patients after 1 months,3 months and 6 months Harris score,the patients quality of life score（ SF-36）,visual analog pain scale（ VAS） and the satisfaction rate of intervention. The results of the study group patients for the treatment of anemia in the total effective rate was 100%,90. 70% higher than the controlled group,P〈0. 05; After 1 d,7 d,Hb and Hct levels of the two groups were no different,postoperative 15 d,20 d,the Hb and Hct levels were significantly better than that of the controlled group,P〈0. 05; Patients in the study group at 1 months,3 months and 6 months of Harris score was better than the controlled group,patients in the study group with SF-36 and VAS scores were better than the controlled group,the intervention group on the satisfaction rate of 97. 67%,higher than 83. 72% in the controlled group,P〈0. 05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Bone Injury Restoring Decoction can improve the anemia symptoms after hip replacement,and the effect of acupuncture analgesia is good. The patients are smooth and well recovered,the quality of life is improved,and the satisfaction rate is significantly improved,which is worthy of popularization and application.
