摘要 介绍了耐硫变换及其催化剂的发展过程。从工艺原理和Shell粉煤气化引进过程中耐硫变换工艺的配套选择证明了一变控温的重要性。分析了当前耐硫变换工艺中普遍采取的避免甲烷化副反应的方案。对轴径向绝热变换炉、移热变换炉的应用以及正在开发的膜催化变换反应器、吸附强化变换反应器的现状进行了讨论。认为随着现代煤化工的发展耐硫变换技术得到了进一步发展,国内轴径向绝热变换炉、移热变换炉逐步走向成熟,膜催化和吸附强化变换技术前景广阔。 The development process of sulfur-tolerant water gas shift technology is introduced. The importance of initial shift stage temperature control is analyzed from process principles and the introduction of Shell's pulverized coal gasification in China,and the general process scheme of avoiding side reaction of methanation in sulfur tolerant WGS process is reviewed. And then,the recent application of axial-radial flow adiabatic shift reactor,isothermal shift reactor,as well as catalytic membrane shift reactor and sorptionenhanced shift reactor which are still in the development process have been discussed. It is believed that the technology of sulfur tolerant WGS will be further developed with the development of modern coal chemical industry. The axial-radial flow adiabatic shift reactor and isothermal shift reactor will gradually be commercially proven. The technology of membrane shift reactor and sorption-enhanced shift reactor will have a broad prospect of application.
