摘要
目的探讨快速康复护理干预在胃癌围术期的应用及效果。方法回顾分析2016年3月至2018年3月我院收治的260例胃癌患者资料,按双盲法分为研究组和对照组,各组130例,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组采用快速康复护理干预,对比两组患者术后恢复效果。结果两组护理后SAS、SDS评分均有所下降(P<0.05),研究组SAS、SDS评分下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理干预有利于GC患者术后恢复,值得应用。
Objective To explore the application and effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in perioperative period of gastric cancer. Methods From March 2016 to March 2018, 260 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to double blind method, 130 patients in each group were divided into study group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. The study group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention. Postoperative recovery effect was compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS decreased after nursing（P〈0.05）. The decrease of SAS and SDS scores in the study group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; The postoperative recovery of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention is beneficial to postoperative recovery of GC patients, and it is worthy of application.
