摘要
目的探讨影响阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)病人就医行为的相关因素,旨在为改善病人就医状况提供参考。方法采用半结构式深入访谈法,了解某三甲医院9名OSAHS病人的就医状况,应用现象学分析法进行资料分析,提炼主题。结果影响OSAHS病人就医行为的主题归纳为:病人的健康状况、对疾病知识的了解、就医环境。结论 OSAHS病人的就医状况较差,需要通过多条途径加强人们对疾病的认识,为实现病人早期发现及早期治疗疾病、降低不良预后提供参考。
Objective To investigate the factors influencing the medical behavior of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）, and to provide reference for improving the medical condition of patients. Methods The semi-structured in-depth interview method was used to understand the medical status of 9 OSAHS patients in a top three hospital, and the phenomenological analysis method was used to analyze the data and refine the theme. Results The themes affecting OSAHS patients＇ medical behavior were summarized as： the patient＇s health status, knowledge of disease knowledge, and medical environment. Conclusion The medical treatment status of OSAHS patients is poor. It is necessary to strengthen people＇s understanding of diseases through multiple ways, and provide reference for realizing early detection and early treatment of diseases and reducing adverse prognosis.
