Study on Anchorage Properties of Resin Anchorage Materials at High Temperature

摘要 树脂锚固材料在煤矿巷道支护与结构加固等方面起着不可替代的作用,但高温下,其会热解,影响材料的锚固性能。通过理论分析、数值模拟及实验室实验等研究方法,研究了材料的锚固机理以及高温对树脂锚固材料锚固性能的影响。研究表明:20℃~200℃时,随着温度的升高锚固力逐渐增大,200℃左右时达到最大值,较常温增加40%左右,之后,随着温度的继续升高,树脂锚杆的垂直位移明显增大,锚固材料的锚固力明显降低,直至完全破坏;在相同外载荷下,不同温度的环境中,锚固体的应力状态也不同。 The resin anchorage material has an irreplaceable role in the support and structure reinforcement of coal mine drift.But it has the characteristic of pyrolysis at high temperature, which will directly affect its anchorage property. Based on theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and laboratory experiments, the anchoring mechanism of the material and the effect of high temperature on the anchorage performance of resin anchoring material were studied. The research showed that at the temperature from 20℃ to 200℃, the anchorage force gradually increased with the increase of temperature, and reached the maximum of 200℃, which was about 40℃ higher than that at normal temperature . After then, when temperature continued to rise, the vertical displacement of resin bolt increased obviously, and the anchoring force of the material significantly decreased until destroyed completely. Under the same load, the stress state of anchor was different at different temperatures.
