摘要
某连铸连轧板带生产线因配合产品升级将喂料辊电机功率由8KW提高到24KW，导致高速飞剪喂料辊十字轴式万向联轴器频繁出现断裂事故，影响生产组织，通过监测万向联轴器实时扭矩值来分析原万向联轴器断裂原因，校核改进后的SWC180型万向联轴器满足使用要求。
A new production line of company change motor capacity of HSS feed roll from 8KW to 24KW for production update, leading to universal coupling of HSS feed roll frequently fraeture, the failure have influenced the normal production. Find out the reason of failure according to monitor the actual torque of coupling, now using type SWC180 coupling can achieve the operating requirement.
