摘要
本文报告腹部外伤引起的胆管损伤4例。损伤部位:十二指肠上胆总管1例;胰腺段胆总管1例;右肝管并肝总管伤2例。3例延误诊断,分别于伤后三周,六月及一年四个月获得确定性处理(胆管空肠Roux-en-Y吻合。2例病人利用胆囊壁修复胆管,效果优良。
Four patients with injuries of bile ducts caused by abdominal trauma were reported. The injured sites were as follows: surpaduodenal common bile duct (CBD) in 1 case, intrapancreatic CBD in 1 case, right hepatic duct concomitant with common hepatic duct in 2 cases. Definite treatment, cholangiojejunostomy Roux-en-Y were not performed until 3 weeks, 6 and 16 months after injury respectively in 3 cases because of deferred diagnosis. Biliary peritonitis and fistula were main signs for the injury of bile ducts, bile ducts were repaired with gailbladder wall. The result proved to be satisfactory.
