一种用于电源管理芯片中的电荷泵升压CMOS电路设计 被引量:5

摘要 随着LTE及物联网技术的快速发展,便携式电子设备要求电源管理电路具有转换效率高、芯片体积小、价格低等特性。基于电容复用的思想,采用多增益模式和增益跳变技术实现了升压调制的电荷泵电路。芯片驱动模块为电路大尺寸开关管提供相位互补的驱动信号,完成了电荷泵原理分析、升压电路设计并进行了仿真验证,仿真结果表明,电路输入电压为2.7~5.5 V时,芯片输出稳定为5 V,电路的最大驱动能力达到100 mA,转换效率峰值达到83%,利用电荷泵电路设计的电源管理芯片,能广泛应用在手提电脑、锂电池等电子产品当中。 With the rapid development of LTE and internet of things technologies, portable electronic devices require power management circuits with high conversion efficiency, small chip size and low price. Based on the idea of capacitor reuse, the charge pump circuit of boost voltage modulation is realized with multiple gain mode and gain hopping technology. Chip driver module for big size switch tube circuit phase complementary drive signal, the paper finished the charge pump principle analysis, booster circuit design and simulation, the simulation results show that the circuit between the input voltage of 2.7 V to 5.5 V, the chip stable output is 5 V, the biggest driver circuit capacity up to 100 mA, peak at 83% conversion efficiency. The Power management chip designed by charge pump circuit can be widely used in portable computers, lithium batteries and other electronic products.
