摘要
为了实现一类声波在深井探测中的需求,设计了一种基于STM32的超声波发射与接收电路。发射电路包括光耦隔离电路、MOSFET驱动电路、推挽变换电路与阻抗匹配电路等,产生了高压激励脉冲。接收电路包括限幅电路、前置放大电路、巴特沃斯带通滤波电路与自动增益控制电路等,实现了对超声波回波信号的处理。实际测试表明,该系统产生的超声波激励信号噪声小、波形陡峭,处理后的回波信号清晰,系统性能良好、结构简单、稳定可靠,具有较好的推广价值。
In order to meet the requirement of a class of acoustic waves in deep well detection,an emitting and receiving circuit based on STM32 for ultrasonic is designed.The transmitting circuit consists of isolation amplifier circuit,MOSFET driver circuit,push-pull converter circuit and impedance matching circuit,to generate the high voltage excitation pulse.The receiving circuit is made up of a limiting circuit,apreamplifier circuit,a Butter-worth band-pass filter circuit and automatic gain control circuit,which can process the ultrasonic echo signal.The actual test shows that the noise of the ultrasonic excitation signal produced by the system is small,the waveform is steep,the echo signal after processed is clear,the system performance is good,the structure is simple,the stability is reliable,and it has good popularization value.
