摘要
本文研究了综合客运枢纽运营服务效能的影响因素和评价指标体系，基于实地调查数据分析了杭州东站综合客运枢纽的运营服务效能特征，在此基础上提出了提升综合客运枢纽的运营服务效能的策略和措施，这对于建立高效、快捷、安全、舒适的客运服务体系具有现实意义。
This paper studies the influencing factors and evaluation index system of the operational service efficiency of the comprehensive passenger hub. Based on the survey data, the operational service efficiency characteristics of the Hangzhou East Railway Station are analyzed. On this basis, the strategy and measures to improve the operational service efficiency of the comprehensive passenger hub are proposed. A safe and comfortable passenger service system is of practical significance.
