摘要
纺织材料是电的不良导体,它们具有很高的表面比电阻,纤维材料相互间或与其它物体的接触摩擦都会产生静电现象,产生各种静电危害。研究了纳米Sn O2颗粒在介质溶剂中的分散稳定性问题,最终确定纳米抗静电整理剂的最佳工艺为:m(SDS)∶m(柠檬酸铵)=1,m(复合分散剂)∶m(Sn O2)=2,p H值9.0;搅拌时间20 min;超声时间5 min。
Textile materials are poor conductors of electricity. They have very high surface specific resis-tance. Electrostatic phenomena can occur in the friction between fiber materials and other objects, whichcan cause various electrostatic hazards. The dispersion stability of nano-sized SnO2 particles in the mediumsolvent was researched, the optimum processes of finalizing the nano antistatic finishing agent are as follows:the mass ratio of dispersing agent SDS and ammonium citrate is 1, the mass ratio of compositse dispersant andnano sized SnO2 particles is 2, p H value is 9.0, stirring time is 20 min, ultrasonic time is 5 min.
