摘要
为研究含风力发电机组的时滞电力系统的小扰动稳定性问题,首先在考虑时滞和系统参数不确定的情形下,建立了一套包含轴系模型和异步发电机组在内的电力系统小干扰模型。进而应用时滞系统稳定性理论获得了含有参数不确定扰动项和时滞的电力系统稳定的充分条件。最后通过算例验证了定理的有效性,得出不确定运行参数在一定的范围内变化不影响时滞电力系统的稳定性,并分析了时滞对含风力发电机组的电力系统小扰动稳定性的影响。
In order to study on the small disturbance stability of delayed power systems with wind turbine generators, fLrstly, a small disturbance power system including shaft model and wind power generation sets are constructed. The time delay and parameter uncertainty are considered in this systems. Then, a sufficient condition on stability of time delay differential systems is obtained by applying the stability theory. Finally, a simulation example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretic results. The effect of time delay and parameter uncertainty are also shown.
