摘要
乡村振兴战略的提出,为农村成人教育发展带来了功能重新定位、平台搭建、条件改善等方面的机遇;但也面临教育理念落后、办学经费短缺、办学基础薄弱、办学师资不足、办学制度不完善等现实问题。乡村振兴语境下的农村成人教育需要从转变教育理念、加大教育投入、改革办学机制、加强师资队伍建设,完善相关立法五个方面进行政策回应,提升农村成人教育服务乡村振兴的水平。
The strategy of rural revitalization provides the adult education in countryside with opportunities of relocating function, building platform and improving conditions. However, the adult education there is also facing problems such as outdated educational idea, deficient educational expense, and unsubstantial basis for running schools, inadequate school teachers and defective school system. Therefore, under such circumstance, the adult education in the countryside need to promote educational level to serve rural revitalization from five aspects of transforming educational ideas, increasing educational input, reforming the mechanism for running schools and strengthening the construction of teaching staff and perfecting relevant legislation.
