摘要
采用MTT法体外药敏试验检测了 30例乳腺癌肿瘤细胞对 15种临床常用化疗药物的敏感性。结果显示乳腺癌细胞对CBP、BLM、 5 Fu、DDP、MMC、HCPT、MTX、EPI、DTIC、ADM、THP敏感 ,其中 80 %为临床经验化疗中单药有效的药物 ,提示经验化疗的正确性。另结果显示对CBP、HCPT、DDP、BLM中度敏感率较高 ,对临床联合化疗方案中药物的选择具有重要的参考价值。
Cancer cells sensitivity to 15 different commonly used chemotherapeutic agents in 30 caecs breast cancer were examined by the way of MTT method.The results showed:The breast cancer cells are sensitive to CBP,BLM,5 Fu,DDP,MMC,HCPT,MTX,EPI,DTIC,ADM and THP.About 80% of them are thought as a single effective agent according to the clinical doctors’ experiences.It shows the accuracy of experimental chemotherapy.In addition,the median seasitivity to CBP,HCPT,DDP and BLM is comparatively high.It is important to choose combined chemotherapeutic agent in the future clinical practices.
