摘要
十三五规划提出以来,推行现代农业发展战略,解决区域性整体贫困问题成为首要目标。通过引入田园综合体这一当前较为新颖的乡镇旅游模式,综合分析农村地区自然景观资源与历史人文资源的先天优势,提出具体的规划策略与设计原则,以振兴乡镇旅游业带动当地经济发展,进而促进农村区域产业结构调整和转型,实现社会经济与自然生态环境的可持续发展。
The implementation of modern agricultural development strategy to solve the problem of regional povertyas a whole has become the primary goal since the 13th Five-Year Plan was put forward. By introducing the ruralcomplex, which is a relatively new rural tourism model at present, this paper analyzes the natural landscape resourcesand historical human resources in rural areas, and puts forward the specific planning strategies and design principles. Inorder to promote the development of local economy and promote the adjustment and transformation of industrial structurein rural areas, the sustainable development of social economy and natural ecological environment can be realized.
