摘要
拟从医疗联合体的内涵与分类;英国国家医疗服务体系、美国整合医疗服务网络构建的经验与特色;我国部分城市医疗联合体实践与模式,包括北京市朝阳医院医疗联合体、上海瑞金-卢湾医疗联合体、南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁模式、江苏省无锡市第二人民医院医疗联合体3个方面进行综述,通过研究医疗联合体内涵及英、美与我国部分城市医疗联合体经验,对医联体实践模式进行总结。
The paper elaborates the connotation and classification of the medical federation, british national medical service system, experience and characteristics of integrated medical service network construction in the United States, practice and model of medical consortium in some cities in China, including the Medical Union of Chaoyang Hospital in Beijing, Shanghai fluijin Luwan Medical Union, Suqian model of Nanjing Gulou Hospital group, Medical Union of Wuxi Second People＇s Hospital, Jiangsu, and summarizes the medical union practical model by studying the connation of medical union and experience of British, American and domestic medical consortium.
