HS-CRP、血常规联合检验对小儿细菌性感染性疾病的诊断符合率分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究小儿细菌性感染性疾病患者接受hs-CRP与血常规联合检查诊断的价值。方法方便选取小儿细菌性感染性疾病患者50例作为实验组,所选时间为2017年1—12月,同时选取50名健康体检儿童为对照组,其均接受血常规以及hs-CRP检验,对其检验的结果进行观察分析。结果实验组小儿细菌性感染性疾病患者的中性粒细胞(7.51±2.64)×109/L、白细胞(10.01±4.30)×109/L、hs-CRP(13.74±8.51)mg/L水平均明显高于对照组健康体检儿童,差异有统计学意义(t=0.111 70, 4.268 1,9.999 5, P=0.000 1,0.000 1,0.000 1);小儿细菌性感染性疾病患者经血常规与hsCRP联合检测,其检查的阳性率(98.00%)明显高于单独hs-CRP检测的阳性率(82.00%)以及单独血常规检测的阳性率(86.00%)(P<0.05)。结论小儿细菌性感染性疾病患者接受血常规与hs-CRP联合检测,能够有效提高检测的准确率,为患者疾病的治疗提供有效的依据,从而促进小儿患者预后的改善,意义重大。 Objective To investigate the value of combined diagnosis of hs-CRP and blood routine examination in children with bacterial infections. Methods A total of 50 patients with bacterial infections in children were selected as the experimental group. The selected time was from January to December 2017. At the same time, 50 healthy children were convenient selected as the control group. All of them received blood routine and hs-CRP test. The results of the test were observed and analyzed. Results In the experimental group, neutrophils (7.51±2.64)×10^9/L, white blood cells (10.01±4.30)×10^9/L, and hs-CRP (13.74±8.51) mg/L were significantly different in children with bacterial infection. The difference was statistically significant in children with healthy physical examination compared with the control group (t=0.111 70, 4.268 1,9.999 5, P= 0.000 1,0.000 1, 0.000 1); pediatric bacterial infection disease patients with blood routine and hs-CRP combined detection, the positive rate of detection (98.00%) was significantly higher than the positive rate of hs-CRP detection alone (82.00%) and the positive rate of routine blood test (86.00%), combined detection compared with hs-CRP alone(P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of blood routine and hs-CRP in children with bacterial infections can effectively improve the accuracy of detection and provide an effective basis for the treatment of patients" diseases, thus promoting the improvement of prognosis in children.
