摘要
目的探究阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾联合短期小剂量地塞米松治疗小儿化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效和安全性。方法随机选取该院在2016年1月—2018年1月期间接受治疗的小儿化脓性扁桃体炎患儿80例作为研究对象进行研究,随机分为对照组和观察组患儿各40例,其中对照组单纯使用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾静脉滴注抗感染及对症支持治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上短期使用小剂量地塞米松进行治疗,对比两组患儿的临床疗效以及用药安全性。结果观察组患儿的一般情况改善时间为(2.12±0.18)d,脓苔消失时间为(2.02±0.8)d,退热时间为(2.07±0.59)d,均显著低于对照组(t=5.273、4.386、4.012,P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组患儿(χ~2=18.131,P<0.05);两组患儿均未有不良反应出现。结论采取阿莫西林克拉维酸钾的基础上短期使用小剂量地塞米松进行治疗小儿化脓性扁桃体炎,具有更显著的治疗效果,安全性高,值得临床参考。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium combined with short-term low-dose dexamethasone in the treatment of children with suppurative tonsillitis. Methods 80 children with pediatric suppurative tonsillitis treated in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly selected and enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients were treated with anti-infective and symptomatic supportive treatment with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium. The observation group was treated with low-dose dexamethasone for a short period of time. The clinical efficacy and medication safety of the two groups were compared. Results The general improvement time of the observation group was (2.12±0.18)d, the disappearance time of the ab- scess was (2.02±0.8)d, and the fever time was (2.07±0.59)d, which was significantly lower than the control group (t= 5.273, 4.386, 4.012, P〈0.05); the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (X^2=18.131, P〈0.05). There were no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion The short-term use of low-dose dexamethasone for the treatment of pediatric suppurative tonsillitis based on amoxicillin clavulanate potassium has a more significant therapeutic effect and high safety, which is worthy of clinical reference.
