摘要
目的对微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定在四肢骨折患者治疗中的应用过程和其应用结果等进行分析研究。方法随机选取该院2013年7月—2017年7月收治治疗的四肢骨折患者共55例,将这些患者作为主要的研究对象,对这些患者分为研究组和对比组两组,研究组患者有23例,对比组患者22例。对比组患者主要实施常规钢板固定治疗的方式加以治疗,研究组患者在治疗的时候,使用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的方式治疗,对两组患者的手术时间和患者的治疗效果以及患者愈合时间等方面加以观察和对比分析。结果在对两组患者加以有效治疗之后,研究组患者的手术时间以及患者手术后愈合使用的时间等明显对比对比组患者少,研究组患者在术后随访的过程中,能够发现患者的关节活动恢复优良率要比对比组患者高,研究组患者的并发症发生率更低,两组患者并发症发生情况之间的对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术时间、患者术后恢复时间对比、并发症发生率,关节功能恢复优良的比率,均差异有统计学意义(t=4.020、4.001,χ~2=8.980、5.310,P<0.05)。结论微创经皮锁定钢板内固定的方式在对患者加以治疗的时候,能够对四肢骨折患者的情况有效缓解,使得患者的手术时间得以缩短,促使患者的生理损伤程度得以降低,使得患者的关节功能有效恢复。
Objective To analyze the application process and application results of minimally invasive percutaneous locking and compression plate fixation in patients with limb fractures. Methods A total of 55 patients with limb fractures who were treated in the hospital from July 2013 to July 2017 were randomly selected. These patients were the main subjects. These patients were divided into two groups: the study group and the control group. 23 cases were compared with 22 patients in the comparison group. Patients in the comparison group were treated with conventional plate fixation.
