摘要
目的分析综合护理干预对白内障术后患者感染性眼内炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月在我院行白内障手术的患者60例作为观察对象,数字随机法分为常规护理的对照组(n=30)与综合护理的观察组(n=30),统计分析两组患者感染性眼内炎的发生率并总结术后感染性眼内炎的护理措施。结果观察组术后眼内炎的发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的16.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予行白内障手术的患者综合护理,有利于降低白内障手术后感染性眼内炎的发生率,对于感染性眼内炎患者,应该及时给予相应的抗感染治疗和综合护理干预,防止病情恶化。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with endophthalmitis after cataract surgery.Methods Sixty patients who underwent cataract surgery from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected as observation subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group（n=30） and observation group（n=30）,The incidence of infectious endophthalmitis in both groups were statistically analyzed and the nursing measures of postoperative infectious endophthalmitis were summarized.Results According to statistical analysis,the incidence of endophthalmitis was 3.33%（1/30） in observation group and 16.67%（5/30）in control group（P〈0.05）.The patient satisfaction in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group（80.00%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive care for patients undergoing cataract surgery will help reduce the incidence of endophthalmitis after cataract surgery.In patients with infectious endophthalmitis,appropriate anti-infective treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention should be given in time to prevent the disease from deteriorating
