摘要
目的 探讨巩膜扣带术联合氪多波长激光治疗单纯孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效、适应证及其临床意义。方法 巩膜扣带术治疗 4 7例 (47只眼 )单纯孔源性网脱 ,术中不用冷凝而待术后视网膜下液吸收后用氪多波长激光封闭裂孔 ,观察其疗效 ,对结果进行评价。结果 术后随访 2～ 30个月 ,4 7例中视网膜完全复位的 4 5例(95 .74 % ) ,术后矫正视力≥ 0 .0 5者 4 1例 (87.2 3% ) ,最佳矫正视力为 1.0。结果 巩膜扣带术联合氪多波长激光治疗单纯孔源性视网膜脱离 ,术中不用冷凝 ,简化了手术操作 ,无冷凝的相关并发症 ,术后采用氪多波长激光封闭裂孔 ,可以根据裂孔的部位及屈光介质混浊的程度选用不同波长的激光进行封孔 ,是治疗单纯孔源性网脱的有效方法之一。
Objective To investigate the effects?indications and clinical valuation of postoperative photocoagulation with krypton laser for closing the retinal breaks during the scleral buckling operation in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RD).Methods Use scleral buckling combined with krypton laser to treat 47 cases of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.Results 47 cases were followed-up from 2 to 30 months.In 45 of 47 cases,the retinal was reattached after surgery(95.74%).Postoperatively,41 of 47 cases(87.23%) had a visual acuity(VA) of ≥0.05 and the best VA was 1.0.Conclusions The method using postoperative photocoagulation instead of crotherapy during scleral buckling surgery can simplify the surgical manipulations,avoidance the complications that related cryotheraphy.We can choice the wavelength of krypton laser according to different cases.
