摘要 转录组测序技术(RNA-seq)是一种新兴的转录组学研究方法,是现今药用植物基因组研究中最活跃的领域之一。能够研究不同时期,不同组织类型、不同环境条件以及不同生理状态等各个不同条件下的基因表达差异及调控模式差异,快速、准确地提供药用植物的转录本信息,获得有效的基因编码序列。参考近年来药用植物转录组研究文献,简要介绍了转录组测序技术方法及其在药用植物中的研究现状,并从药用植物自身发育机制、次生代谢产物生物合成途径和SSR分子标记开发等3个方面综述了国内外近年来转录组测序在药用植物上的应用进展。 RNA-Sequencing(RNA-seq) is a newly-developed method in transcriptome research, which is the most active area of genome research on traditional medicinal plants. The main research of transcriptome sequencing includes the differences of gene expression and regulation pattern, resulting from their different life periods, tissue types, environment conditions and physiological states of the medicinal plants. It can afford transcription sequences more quickly and more accurately, and effectively obtain gene coding sequence. In this review, the methodology and development of RNA-sequencing was briefly introduced based on some literatures about transcriptome published in recent years, and the application of RNA-sequencing in medical plants was reviewed from three aspects including mechanism of self-development, exploration of metabolic pathways and development of SSR markers, in order to provide reference for other researchers.
