摘要
目的:探究参苓水煎剂对环磷酰胺构建的免疫抑制模型小鼠免疫调节的影响。方法:以SPF级KM小鼠为实验对象,将其随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、高剂量实验组与低剂量实验组。采用环磷酰胺腹腔注射构建免疫抑制模型,通过免疫器官称重实验、单核巨噬细胞指数实验、碳廓清实验与溶血素含量来评价参苓水煎液对免疫抑制小鼠的作用。结果:高剂量水煎剂对免疫抑制模型小鼠的免疫功能有显著作用(P<0.05);低剂量水煎剂对免疫抑制模型小鼠的免疫功能无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:高剂量组水煎液具有提高小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective: To explore the immunomodulatory effect of Shenling Decoction on immunosuppression mice triggered by cyclophosphamide (CTX). Methods: SPF KM mice were randomly divided into the blank control group, the model control group, the high -dose Shenling Decoction group and the low -dose Shenling Decoction group. Immunosuppression model was established by intraperitioneal injection of CTX. The weight of immune organ, the index of mononuclear macrophage, the indexes of the clearance rate of carbon and hemolysin were tested to analyze the results. Results: The high -dose Shenling Decoction had significant effect on improving the immune function of the immunosuppression mice (P 〈 0.05) ; whereas the low - dose Shenling Decoction had no obivous effect on immunosuppression mice (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Shenling Decoction of high - dose can improve immune function in mice.
