摘要
目的 讨论角膜中央厚度对非接触眼压计测量值的影响。方法 测量接受近视眼矫正术患者手术前后的角膜中央厚度、眼压 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 L ASIK和 PRK术后角膜中央厚度改变值与 NCT测量值改变量的相关系数为 0 .12 ,有高度统计学意义 ;术后眼压值明显低于术前 ,差异有显著性。结论 角膜中央厚度明显影响非接触眼压计的测量值 ,手术前后眼压值的变化是由于角膜厚度的变化引起。近视度越大 。
Objective To research the influence of central corneal thickness on the measurements of IOP obtained with NCT.Methods Central corneal thickness and IOP were measured on 200 cases who are myopyes.Results The correlated coefficient of central corneal thickness and IOP after LASIK and PRK was 0.12.There was a statistical decrease in non-contact tonometer,and there was statistical significant correlation between the changes of central corneal thickness and the changes of non-contact tonometer readings.Conclusion The changes of IOP after LASIK and PRK is related to the central cornea,the more the pro-corrective myopic diopters,the lower the intraocular pressure.
