摘要
目的 :探讨导致糖尿病患者在治疗期间发生低血糖的危险因素。方法 :选取2015年1月至2017年12月期间在江苏省无锡市太湖医院内分泌科接受治疗时发生低血糖的50例糖尿病患者与未发生低血糖的50例糖尿病患者作为研究对象。将50例发生低血糖的糖尿病患者设为观察组,将50例未发生低血糖的糖尿病患者设为对照组,比较两组患者的性别、年龄、体质指数、病程、发生并发症的情况、进行自我管理的情况、婚姻状况、糖化血红蛋白的水平、血清肌酐的水平及使用降糖药物的种类等,总结导致糖尿病患者在治疗期间发生低血糖的危险因素。结果 :观察组患者的年龄大于对照组患者(P <0.05),其糖尿病的病程长于对照组患者(P <0.05),其血清肌酐的水平高于对照组患者(P <0.05),其中缺乏自我管理意识患者所占的比例及应用磺脲类降糖药患者所占的比例均高于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论 :年龄偏大、病程长、血清肌酐的水平升高、缺乏自我管理的意识及应用磺脲类降糖药是导致糖尿病患者在治疗期间发生低血糖的主要危险因素。
objective： to investigate the risk factors of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients during treatment. Methods： a total of 50 diabetic patients with hypoglycemia and 50 diabetic patients without hypoglycemia were selected as subjects during the period from January 2015 to December 2017 in the department of endocrinology, taihu hospital, wuxi city, jiangsu province. Will occur in 50 cases of hypoglycemia with diabetes as observation group, will not happen in 50 cases of hypoglycemia in diabetes patients as control group, compared two groups of patients with gender, age, bmi, course, complications, and self management situation, marital status, the level of glycosylated hemoglobin, serum creatinine level and type of use of hypoglycemic drugs, such as summary lead to a risk factor for diabetic patients with hypoglycemia during treatment. Results： observation group of patients with age greater than the control group patients（P〈0.05）, the patients with diabetes duration longer than the control group（P〈0.05）, the serum creatinine level is higher than the control group patients（P〈0.05）, including a lack of self management consciousness, the proportion of patients with sulfonylureas and application the proportion of diabetes patients were higher than the control group patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： older age, longer course, increased serum creatinine, lack of self-management awareness and use of sulfonylureas are the main risk factors for hypoglycemia in diabetic patients during treatment.
