不同浓度罗哌卡因用于超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞的麻醉效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨不同浓度罗哌卡因用于超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞的麻醉效果分析。方法选择122例上肢手术患者为研究对象,以数字随机分组方式分为两组,均接受超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞,对照组给予0.3%浓度罗哌卡因,研究组给予0.5%浓度罗哌卡因。结果研究组麻醉完善率(88.52%)、尺神经完全阻滞率(85.25%)、桡神经完全阻滞率(100.00%)、正中神经完全阻滞率(90.16%)、肌皮神经完全阻滞率(100.00%)均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组镇痛持续时间(9.56±3.48 min)、运动阻滞恢复时间(9.02±3.48 min)均长于对照组(P<0.05);研究组麻醉起效时间(12.58±1.15min)短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 0.5%浓度罗哌卡因用于超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞的麻醉效果优于0.3%浓度罗哌卡因。 Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of different concentrations of ropivacaine for ultrasound-guided intermuscular groove brachial plexus. Methods A total of 122 patients with upper extremity surgery were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups by digital randomization. All patients underwent ultrasound-guided intermuscular groove brachial plexus block. The control group received 0.3% ropivacaine. The study group was given 0.5% concentration of ropivacaine. Results The anesthesia improvement rate(88.52%), complete ulnar nerve block rate(85.25%), complete sacral nerve block rate(100.00%), complete median nerve block rate(90.16%), complete musculocutaneous nerve block(100.00%) in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The duration of analgesia(9.56±3.48 min) and recovery time of exercise block(9.02±3.48 min) in the study group were longer than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The onset time of anesthesia(12.58±1.15 min) was shorter than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The anesthetic effect of 0.5% ropivacaine for ultrasound-guided intermuscular groove brachial plexus block is better than that of 0.3% ropivacaine.
