摘要
工业设计在中国的发展中越发起到重要作用,尤其是在"工业4.0"和"智能制造"的呼唤之下,工业设计在中国正在以不可挡之势高速发展,而工业设计知识产权的保护工作成为了重中之重,本文将结合国内工业设计知识产权保护的现状,提出中国工业设计行业知识产权保护存在的问题,分析阐述问题出现和长期存在的原因,并试图寻求解决的办法,提出几条合理化建议。
Industrial design has played an important role in the development of China, Especially under the call of “Industry 4.0” and “Intelligent Manufacturing”, industrial design is developing at an unstoppable rate in China.So the protection of industrial design intellectual property has become a top priority. This paper puts forward the problem of intellectual property protection in China＇s industrial design industry, analyzes the causes of the problem and its long-term existence, and tries to and a solution to the problem, and puts forward several rationalization proposals.
