摘要
开发社会组织党建资源是基层党组织凝聚社会力量、服务社会的重要内容之一。本研究从社会组织党建的组织要素、制度要素、运行机制要素以及人员要素等核心要素出发，以上海市A区社会组织党建工作为实证案例，分析了社会组织党建影响要素，指出社会组织党建的服务功能定位、党建组织架构的开放性设置、有力的资源制度保障、责任到位分类协同的灵活运行机制以及基层党建排头兵的选拔和培育等是开发社会组织党建资源的有效手段。
The sources developing of Party in social organizations is one of the important tasks for grassroots organizations in promoting social cohesion and so- cial services. This study explores the role of Party position building, Party organi- zational structures, Party provision of security, Party operation mechanisms, Party provision of human resources, and other basic zing a case coming from A District in Shanghai -level Party development by analy- city. This study shows that the deft- nition of party＇s functions in social organizations ; the open - mind style structure ; effective security system; appropriate and flexible operational functions; human re- sources and development are the effective means for Party building in social organi- zations.
