摘要
目的探讨低分子肝素钙皮下注射治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的治疗效果。方法将79例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。2组均常规给予甲基强的松龙针、双嘧达莫片,抗组胺药及补液治疗。治疗组采用常规治疗的基础上加用低分子肝素钙针治疗。结果治疗组有效率(95%)高于对照组(79.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.298,P<0.05);血清D-二聚体水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.410,P<0.05);腹痛缓解时间、大便潜血转阴时间、皮疹消退时间及住院时间均较对照组缩短,2组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙治疗儿童腹型过敏性紫癜安全、有效,能显著降低血清D-二聚体水平,较快改善临床症状。
Objective In order to investigate the therapeutic effects of subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin calcium on children with abdominal allergic purpura. Methods Seventy-nine children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both two groups were routinely treated with methylprednisolone, dipyridamole, antihistamine and rehydration therapy. The treatment group was treated with low molecular heparin calcium injection on the basis of conventional treatment. Results The effective rate （95%） of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （79.5%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.298,P〈0.05）. The serum D-dimer level was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（t=2.410,P〈0.05）. Abdominal pain remission time, fecal occult blood negative time, rash regression time and hospital stay were shorter than the control group, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low molecular heparin calcium is a safe and effective treatment of children with abdominal allergic purpura, which can significantly reduce serum D-dimer levels and improve clinical symptoms quickly.
