摘要
目的:观察克氏针联合钢丝套圈型固定在断指再植内固定治疗中的效果。方法:选择80例断指再植患者作为观察对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组各40例。研究组给予克氏针联合钢丝套圈固定治疗,对照组给予克氏针交叉内固定治疗。比较两组手指愈合优良率、并发症发生率及愈合时间。结果:研究组手指愈合优良率为97.0%(39/40),明显高于对照组的65.0%(26/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为0.0%,明显低于对照组的25.0%(10/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手指愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用克氏针联合钢丝套圈型固定进行断指再植内固定治疗,可以提高断指愈合优良率,缩短手指愈合时间,降低并发症发生率。
Objective： To analyze effects of Kirschner wire and wire loop fixation in internal fixation of severed finger replantation. Methods： 80 cases with severed finger replantation were selected as the observation subjects, and they were divided into study group （n =40） and control group （n =40） by using the random number table method. The study group was treated with Kirschner wire and wire loop fixation, while the control group was treated with Kirschner wire cross internal fixation. The excellent and good rate of finger healing, the incidence of complications and the healing time were compared between the two groups. Results： The excellent and good rate of finger healing in the study group was 97.0% （39/40）, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （65.0%, 26/40）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The complication rate of the study group （0.0） was obviously lower than that of the control group （25.0%, 10/40）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The finger healing time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The application of Kirschner wire and wire loop fixation in the internal fixation of severed finger replaaatation can improve the excellent and good rate of the finger healing, shorten the finger healing time and reduce the incidence of complications.
