摘要
针对八钢焦化6m焦炉推焦车吹扫石墨装置在运行中吹扫装置胶管频繁断裂造成故障率高,清除焦炉石墨效果差,造成炭化室顶部结石墨严重的问题。对吹扫装置实施了改造,故障率降低,清除石墨效果得到改善。
In view of the frequent breakage of rubber pipes, high failure rate and poor effect of removing coke ovengraphite in the purging device of 6 m coke oven pusher of Bayi steel, which caused serious graphite formation in the cokingchamber, the purging device was reformed. The failure rate is reduced, and the effect of graphite removal is improved.
