摘要
由于轧钢产线上检修起重机的主副钩之间的吊点位置不能够满足大型轧机减速器的安全性吊装的需求,对于起重量大、作业风险程度较高的大型轧机减速器吊装作业需设计起重小车进行辅助吊装作业。文章介绍了大型轧机减速器吊装辅助起重小车装置的设计及应用效果。
Because the position of the hoisting point between the main and the auxiliary hooks of the crane on the rollingline can not meet the demand for the safety hoisting of the large mill reducer, the lifting operation of the heavy rolling millshould be designed for the lifting operation for the large rolling mill reducer with high weight and high operation risk. Thispaper introduces the design and application effect of the auxiliary lifting car for lifting the reducer of large mill.
