摘要
文章介绍了在八钢4#连铸机250mm断面上进行的辊缝收缩试验。应用效果表明,采用辊缝收缩技术后板坯的厚度减薄2mm,板坯内部的中心偏析级别有所改善,在低过热度时最为明显。虽然板坯角裂率略有升高,但总体效果良好。
This paper describes the experiment of roll gap shrinkage technology for the slab caster. on section 250mm ofNo.4 continuous caster of Bayi steel. Application effect shows that the slab thickness is reduced by 2mm after a adoptionthe roll shrinkage technology, and the central segregation in the slab is improved, especially at low super-heating . Althoughthe corner crack rate of slab increases slightly, the overall effect is good.
